Kimberley Mignacca
Clinical Social Worker (B. Social Work)
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and have worked in mental health for 17 years in inpatient and outpatient settings. My professional experience lies in working with adults and adolescents with a range of issues including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, including PTSD, anger, grief, substance use, self-harm, relationship issues, psychosis, and lifestyle issues. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed and holistic care.

I have worked extensively within schools and workplaces offering counselling and training support.

I am an accredited counsellor with both Victim Services NSW and ACT, and I specialise in responding to trauma, grief, and critical incidents.

My approach is empathetic, supportive, strength-based and client-centred. I use a range of modalities including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and solution-focused therapy.

Simon Lipschitz
Clinical Psychotherapist (B. Psych, M. Counselling)
I am an experienced counsellor and therapist and have worked for the past 13 years in the fields of mental health, with further specialisations in substance abuse, adolescence, family dynamics, relationship breakdown and trauma. I have a unique set of skills that can be used to provide support and guidance to individuals and couples seeking help with a variety of challenges.

I have undertaken extensive training in working with couples through the world-renowned Gottman Couple Therapy Method and have completed level 3 Gottman training.
I belive in providing a safe and confidential space for those that I work with to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to help develop coping strategies to deal with difficult situations.
